Now that the entire forum has jumped off of the bandwagon

And if you haven't notice, MU's record has gotten worse every year since he has taken over.

They chose to get rid of Capel, so they better be able to bring in a coach who can do better than him...and I haven't seen any signs that Buzz is that guy....not saying he can't do it, but i've seen nothing from his record to his recruiting that makes me think he is something special.

Yes. If Buzz turns out to be JC's guy, I will support him. But other than his corn pone image that some people like, I haven't seen anything from BW's team to think he is something special. If he becomes the next HC at OU, I hope he turns out to be the next JW.

The only folks who have jumped off the bandwagon are the knee-jerk folks.

Do you have to be on the wagon before you can jump off?

I love how he's 10 times better than Capel. If Marquette was in the big 12 with that same weak non conference schedule where they beat nobody, they don't make the tournament(just like Colorado).

Look at what Capel has done for VCU. He revived that program. Unlike Capel, Buzz was left with great/good college players. Capels 1st year team, didn't have 1 player on it that would have started for Marquette the year Buzz took over. And if you haven't notice, MU's record has gotten worse every year since he has taken over.

If by "revived" you mean took over a program that won 21 games the year before he took over, and then failed to beat that total in 3 out of the 4 years he was there, then yeah I guess he "revived" that program.

Capel averaged 19.75 wins a year at VCU. Both of the guys since him have averaged 25 wins a year. And before you get started claiming Grant and Smart won with Capel's players, Capel didn't leave VCU any better off than it was when he took over.

I'm standing in the middle of Buzz's wagon welcoming him with both arms!
When he gets here, would you mind rubbing his bald head for good luck?

10 are still on the wagon. 3 were never on the wagon and the rest (?).

I don't remember seeing VCU in the NCAA tournament or the NIT before he took over. Oh Wait, thats b/c they weren't!. The coach before him didn't take them to anything.

I've said it a lot of times and still believe this: I don't care who our coach is as long as we are successfull and don't have to cheat to do it.
