In 1997 they held the state Pop A Shot tourney at the Varsity Grill, which I won with the prizes being a trophy and free food. Representatives from Pop A Shot were there. My trick was grabbing two balls at once then shooting one with my right hand and the other with my left to gain time.

I can't imagine the NCAA ruling on a Pop-A-Shot competition.
