OU gets the ball to Fitz and he turns it over on a double team.

Blair called for a foul on a drive. free throws are good. 27-14

Fitz gets an easy basket after a good pass from Cade. 29-14

UMES hits a 3 29-17

Newell travel.

UMES hits another 3. 29-20.

Newell turns it over again. 4 minute timeout.
 
UMES gets a prayer to roll in. 29-22

Nice play by Newell to give it to Fitz inside for an easy 2. 31-22 OU

Palming called on UMES player.

Fitz called for an offensive foul inside for posting up.

I know Fitz struggles with foul trouble all year, but he has gotten called for two straight up phantom fouls so far tonight.
 
We might be the worst team in a BCS conference.
 
Honestly if we cut our turnovers in half we didn't play all that bad that half. We turned it over 13 times I think. If we play this type of offense and turn it over about 10-12 times a game instead of a half we have a chance to win 6 or 7 games in conference.
 
Other Big 12 games

OSU is up 38-33 over UTSA.

Texas A&M up 35-31 over Nichols State.
 
I love that we shoot around 60% and keep these bad teams close. Seriously though the turnovers is the only reason the last game and a half weren't 20 point blowouts.
 
Stanford up 6-0 over Va Tech. PAT pending.

Good point about the turnovers, Nick. To make matters worse, most of OU's 13 TOs were unforced. Our mental errors and poor defense after going up by 15 is keeping MES in this game. I would like to have a video feed to the locker room right now. But I may have to mute the sound if Capel is as pissed as he appeared to be at the halftime interview with Billy. lol

Bad pass forces Cade to throw it away and Pledger does a good job saving it off a UMES player.

Pledger misses a 3. Foul called on Clark.
