Statistics:

OSU is 12-4 overall, 2-3 in conference play. They are 2-3 away from home (only five games away from home). They lost at Baylor and TCU, neither of which is a disgrace. They lost at home to West Virginia, i.e., their ranking is probably in jeopardy. According to realtimerpi, they had the #153 SOS. North Carolina (L) and USC (W) are the only two teams that they played rated higher than 145.
Their statistics look pretty good. But, those statistics are a bit lower against conference opposition. They are pretty much in the middle of the conference on about everything with no obvious weaknesses. They don't really have a good three point shooter in conference play. Johnson and Atkins were pretty good in non-conference play. At 65%, they aren't really a good free throw shooting team. Donohoe and Johnson can hit them.
Martin and Donohoe are among the top ten scorers and rebounders in the Big Twelve. They are pretty good, which we knew. LaShawn Jones can be a handful under the rim.
They aren't as good as their ranking. But, they aren't as bad as their 2-3 conference record might suggest. Their loss to West Virginia may cause us to be a bit overconfident, and they aren't bad.
