0-3 on the year, all of which should have been wins. We gave up the WVU game and we really gave this one up. First we go 2/4 from the line, eh. Next we foul with 30 seconds left up four when he was in no threat to shoot at the moment, stupid. Then we give up the three in the end, granted it was contested but Woodard was too pinched in. Sucks watching us lose close games and in OT when all we had to do was make free throws and get one more stop. Sour taste to end what was an excellent season. Prediction for next year (pending we get good PT from 2 freshman). Contend for Big 12 and get a top 4 seed and here's the kicker....win a game in the big 12 tournament and then win 3 games in the NCAA.

Maybe Lon needs to take some tips on OT from Capel right?

Whoah there, I'm not a Capel supporter, he ****ing put our program in the dumps, and couldn't win with 3 Mcdonalds All Americans on a team. I was just pointing out that due to a young team we were awful in OT this year. We also did not make smart plays late in games at times. Next year we return 4 starters and 3 of them will be juniors. We have a 2 year window with the 4 juniors to do some real damage. We just gotta get over the hump of winning a fricken tournament game.

My prediction from a year ago after an emotional loss is 3/4 correct so far (we contended for Big 12, won a game in the tournament, got a top 4 seed)... maybe the guys saw it and wanna make it 4/4?
