I just watched UTA take K State to the limit before losing by four, something like 44-40, not remembering the score, just the range. Neither team could shoot. K-State is worse at free throws than we are. I think they were something like 7% from three, hitting one. I have no clue how K-State is 5-0. But, their competition hasn't been that good.
I watched Nebraska-Duke. The Huskers won by six. Neither team shot 40%. I think Duke was about 31%. Duke looked like they should be better than they are. But, they made some silly mistakes. The defense for both teams was good, but no better than what we saw in Paradise. Unless they improve, I don't see either as an Elite Eight team.
