so at this point it's for fall sports? spring from last yr? I thought Doo COULD have come back if he wanted...

So, unless bball cancels a bunch and the tourney in March (like last yr) Reaves and Manek are gone...I THOUGHT I read a thread that said they could come back...the discussion was that vs playing overseas..

Good all-around game with all five starters scoring in double figures.

The best part: Kur Kuath was named “Player of the Game”. He had 14 points, 8 rebounds 3 blocks and an assist.

It’s for players in football and basketball this season. Didn’t apply to guys last season, e.g., Doo.

If Kur dropped his clothes off at the local cleaners there are 2 players on the team to select from who could pick up the clothes and the employees would be none the wiser.

I was pleasantly surprised to learn this afternoon that an MSG sub-channel was carrying the game, so I got to watch it live. It was a fun game, even considering the opponent (and as the radio guys pointed out, we beat FAMU by a much wider margin than either Georgia or Oregon did).

One thing I'm very pleased about with Kur so far is that he's avoiding foul trouble, which our big men in recent years haven't been so great at. I know it's early days and that tougher opponents will challenge him more, but so far so good.

ah...I thought that, but I also thought there was some talk of that last spring...maybe it hadn't been decided yet.
