My key to this game and all road games is not digging a big hole in the first 6 to 8 minutes.

This is such a huge game. Two of next three games after this one are likely losses. Need to beat the bad teams even on the road to wrack up wins.

With KU losing, we definitely need this one. KU will be desperate coming into Norman

Am I the only who thinks OU should play a lot of zone against ISU?

Halliburton is the only serious threat they’ve got from three. So, why play to their strength by trying to guard them in a man defense—especially when some of our newbies are still struggling to adjust to the speed and physicality of the college game?

One more thing. I think that closeout our bigs run needs to stop. It creates too many silly fouls (see Khadeem Lattin for his entire career). Current players like Kur and Victor have enough trouble getting into position to guard the post. That closeout at the top of the key twenty feet or more from the basket makes it even harder for them to get back into a legal guarding position.

It’ll be an interesting game. Can OU win.... yup. Can OU lose...yup. Lol...

Hopefully a win. Like someone said no big holes or scoring droughts.

I can’t complain about the girls.... love gymnastics women...BUT... want my b-ball...

Not a great start but only down 3 at under 16

Like us trying to get into post with mismatch but angles for pass aren’t great.

Turnovers, clanging shots, the usual start for OU. 7-4 ISU first TV timeout
