Cause it's pretty obvious we're a quick couple jumpers made by KU from this being a blowout. Nothing we did in the 1st half even gives you a hint that we belong on the same court as them.

I continue to be amazed by the amount of BS calls ku gets at home. It's unreal. They push us in the back, they hand check like felons, they hack, push, grab and NO call. It's a real competitive advantage. I wish we were given that type of home court advantage.

Even if we get blown out, so what? Kansas is a top 5 team playing at home. We're a fringe top 25 team (at best) playing on the road. Would it be some sort of great shock if Kansas were to beat us by 20? Isn't that what elite teams are supposed to do playing at home?

Nailed it. It's not like we are getting blown out. And I can think of at least 2 times we fumbled a defensive rebound right to Whithey for a lay up. We are in this games. We hit a few wide open shots and KU has a game on their hands.

You must not watch much KU basketball. I'd say three of my top five homer games have been within 35 miles of AFH. I still remember the game where Simeon dribbles outside the arc; picked up his dribble; traveled; pivoted and elbowed; and then took one dribble(again) from behind the arc and dunked it. And believe it or not that may ,have only been the third worst call against us. The Weeper was in the refs pocket all damn day.

Yep.

Not a great matchup either. They can pressure our pg and take us out of everything we do on offense. They can pressure Grooms, b/c they know even if he gets around the defender, he isn't much of a threat to score. They can pressure Hornbeak, b/c he only has average handles and is a true frosh.

Inside, they are doing what I thought teams would do all year, and make the OU bigs shoot jumpers. M'Baye hasn't consistently hit jumpers all year. Osby is hit and miss, but you can tell he wants to get inside the paint. Withey is playing him brilliantly.

You really think Self or Withey is that stupid? Even if Osby hits one? Or two? Or three? They'll let him shoot out there all day, as they should. They'd smash us if that happened.

The women's team that had to recruit two volleyball players just to have a scrimmage while using coaches? I figured they'd lose by 20. Most teams do to Baylor. Actually they didn't play too bad of a game. Baylor is like KU on 'roids.
