May sound crazy but I'm actually more confident in this team finishing above .500 in the Big 12 after this game. Played poorly, shot free throws poorly and still hung in there against one of the top 3 teams in the conference. The mistakes made in this game shouldn't be recurring ones.

I don't think they are better than us at all. I think the teams are even but they played better ball than us today. I will be very disappointed if we lose to them in Norman.

Playing a good team shouldn't mean you should be satisfied turning the ball over 20 times.

Of course not. But it's not like it's habit. We avg a tad over 10. But u saying I quit is irritating. I know good def teams will make you look bad! They are a good team. We were not blown out, kept fighting, we didnt play our best and you aren't beating a #16 ranked team that way.

I agree with that. I am disappointed in the execution today but we did not give up.

I wasn't as upset with the loss as I am with the way we lost.
We still played poorly all second half and they didn't pull away any more.

Yep. As I said at halftime, we needed to stay in the game.

Texas on Monday night is going to be a VERY tough game, and we need to win it to keep our NCAA chances alive.

Where KSU is significantly better than us is that they have a bunch of upperclassmen, and can bring what you saw today, more often then OU can bring what you saw against OSU. Experience, and to a lesser extent the fact that KSU has more "shooters" than OU does, is what you saw today. Period.

We can beat KSU at home. But we didn't play well enough to beat a good team on the road.

The team needs to put this one behind us, wash all the butter off our hands (looking at Pledger......please just catch the ball), and go out and protect home court against UT. We had a bad game but never gave up. Lets go 4-1 then see if we can steal one or two on the road. It will be very tough, but we just need to hang on until the schedule lightens up again.

No, the reason they beat us is because they were better than us yesterday.

They were better than us yesterday because we shot less than 50% from the line and turned it over 17 times. Those are not things we usually do.

In Capels first 3 years...we would have won that game by 25.

Either way, we lost this game!

K-St won b/c their team runs though McGruder and our team should run though Osby. Osby doesn't have to touch it every time but he should be the focal point of this offense. He waited too long to take over the game and that is why we lost. They have no one that can stop Osby.
