OU-OSU Game Thread

One thing about our offense.....we don't have to worry about the shot clock.:facepalm

What would be wrong with letting every player on offense touch the ball at least once every possession?

And we need to send at least two guards to the offensive glass.

Very hard to watch; I may start watching the men. I hope they don't play this bad.

Oh well, just down one at the half. Maybe we play better in the second half.

I think Sherri ordered Mattie to shoot the ball. She is 1 of 2 and has 4 points (2 FT) in the last couple of minutes.

And she picked up #2 & #3 in the minute before halftime...

It's probably a good thing that I cannot get FSN on my cable lineup. Would be tearing out my hair!

20 -19 OSU at the half.

That is the worst half of basketball I've seen.......

.........well since I watched us at North Texas back in the fall.

We seem to be playing to the level of the competition.

And your North Texas comparison is a good one; I was thinking we looked similar to our play at the Paradise Jam, but doubt our girls could confuse the Virgin Islands with Stillwater. :ez-laugh:

Somnambulism is not desirable. We have three players who have four. That's it. Four! We missed a wide open, uncontested layup that would have given us the lead. We missed a three due to an offensive foul by Vivi.

At least, Maddie tried to do something. Not everyone is even moving. What happened to this team?

I wouldn't say we're sleepwalking - just flat asleep.

Now that was smart. Go on a big run and after a long timeout put in all your reserves.

We may need to change the name from Bedlam to pitifulam.

If we keep going inside we will be okay. But, I wouldn't keep Kaylon out long.

We need to pretend every trip down is an out of bounds play

The scoreboard guy on TV must be drinking or something.

Gioya really frustrates me when she tries the wild drive and wild shot.

I'm not sure she will ever learn.

Her little pull up 15 foot jumper is much better.

Have you noticed that Gabbi drives in sometimes, finds things blocked, so she spins and tries to go backwards and just falls down. Not sure I have ever seen a player do that so much. Once or twice per game.

I've seen too many shots hit closer to the side of the backboard than the square.

Do they not teach the dribble stop anymore?

No, they stopped teaching that way back when they stopped teaching pump fakes. :)

Two high school teams throwing the ball up and down the court -- really bad play!

Well I'm glad we showed up 2nd half. Appearantly we thought the game was at 8
