I was programming my DVR to pick up the OU games over the next week, and was shocked not to find the OU/Texas game. I'm a DirecTV subscriber and have been pleased to get to watch every OU game this season including the 2 exhibition games. It looks like that streak comes to an end next weekend for our 1st conference game against Texas ..... I can't believe we won't be able to watch that game. Is there an alternative that you guys are aware of? I'm even OK with recording a delayed broadcast.

I found this in an earlier thread from November:

Out of all of the Big 12 games only 6 games have not been picked up by ESPN Networks.

They are:

OU at Texas on the LHN
TCU at Texas on the LHN
West Virginia at Texas on the LHN
Texas Tech at Texas on the LHN
Texas Tech at TCU
TCU at West Virginia

Baylor, KU, KSU, ISU, and OSU had all games picked up by ESPN.
OU had 17 out of 18 picked up by ESPN but one primary game - Texas.
Texas Tech had 16 of 18 picked up.
West Virginia had 16 of 18 picked up.
TCU had 15 of 18 picked up.

Out of 99 games only 6 games were not picked up by ESPN and 4 of those were Texas home games for the LHN.

My listings show a two-hour replay airing on Sunday, Jan. 5, at 11am CT on FCSC.

yes you can watch a replay on SoonerSports TV the day after. But if you want to watch it live you got to catch it on LHN.Cox does not have LHN in HD so i have to watch in SD on my big screen which sucks

Direct TV doesn't carry the LHN, and to be honest it doesn't bother me one bit. I wouldn't watch that network anyway, unless it was free and OU was one of the teams featured. I would rather watch a game replay at a later date than patronize a selfish, self-centered network that benefits no one but the Whorns.

ESPN still trying to twist arms to increase viewership & providers. Very irritating!

This, I won't pay a dime for the LHN. I will just have to miss this one game live.

I'm probably being dense, but I can't find a delayed telecast on DirecTV. I looked at FCS (623) and don't see it.

Has anyone else found it? Outside of Oklahoma?

I'm outside of Oklahoma, and here's what I posted above:

Anybody know of a place in OKC that will carry the game?

274 on Cox. If you have the sports package you should have it.

I have AT&T Uverse. The LHN is only available on the U300 package, and sadly I only have the U200; however, it looks like I can watch the LHN online since I am a AT&T subscriber. Sooo, I think I will be able to watch the game? This seems really silly that I have access through the internet but not my TV. I am skeptical that it will not work when the game starts.

Is anyone else in my situation?
