Bias aside, I thought Pledger played a great 1st half. Had a couple of early defensive rebounds. Played solid defense. Pushed the ball on the break and made the right pass several times. He doesn't get much credit for doing anything but shooting, but I thought he did a bunch of good things in that half. Hope he keeps up that level of intensity.

Yeah, it's like he is still trying to figure out his role on this team. You can see he's got the tools, he just needs to settle down and play basketball.

I'm surprised UTA is out-rebounding us by 2. I guess that's because we were so cold at the start.

I didn't check on it until after the game had started. I'd have thrown a little down on OU had I seen that before the game.

I thought he looked at lot quicker than he was last year. He's a smart player.

Agreed. He had a nice first half. He played hard on defense and was really into the game on both ends of the floor. Good to see!

Report from the game. It's actually quite loud. Guys responded well after a terrible shooting effort early. We look really quick on defense in the last 8-10 minutes.

Yep, it's gotten louder than LNC is most of the time.
It's "sold out" but there are a good bunch of empty seats all around.

Cam's rebounding has been impressive, and exactly what we need from him. Didn't care for Cousins time on the court, very road freshman-esque. Hield will infuriate us all at some point, but I love his motor and game. Give Mbaye 6-7 games, then worry.
