I was dreading this game. Could tell from beginning that Ana was slowed down by her injury. They played better defense. With 4 1/2 minutes left thought we still had a chance, IF we could hit some threes and keep them from scoring on some offensive possessions.

ISU and KSU and TX and Baylor should all be better next season. I hope we are also.

EDIT: NOT that this season is over!!

Texas didn't kill OSU. A lot of it depends on how the game is called by the officials.

That's not an impossible. Ashley Joens is the best player in the Big 12 and she's got a pretty good supporting cast.

ISU gets it done! It was like watching an old Texas A&M game. If Texas couldn't get a lot of points via turnovers, they struggled to score. Dee Cantner and her crew called the fouls and Texas didn't adjust. Skill and brute force played a game and skill won!

ISU played spectacular and their coaching did a phenomenal job adjusting to Texas after getting beat by them in their first meeting this year. If Texas can't score at will inside they are not good. At all. Their shooting can be hot/cold depending on Gonzales' day, but w/out Morris available, she's pretty much their only consistent outside scorer. That being said, I don't see this Texas team making their third straight Elite Eight this year...I just don't. We will see!

A little bit surprised Kansas didn't get in, but West Virginia did?!
