OU vs UCO: What to Watch For

Three very good points. I hope M'baye is more aggressive when he catches at the top of the key and the wing. I'd like to see more back to the basket post moves from all the bigs as well.

Well done, Sam.

The key point to me is a greater emphasis on rebounding. Washburn beat our starting five to way too many loose balls and rebounds in the first half last Friday. And, despite our size advantage, UCO will do the same if our players don't do a better job of blocking out. That's one improvement I hope to see in tonight's game.

I trust Lon and Co. have addressed all areas of concern from the last exhibition. I agree if those areas, besides half court offense, doesn't improve then may have a year long weakness. Half court offense just takes time and with their time limitations it takes a little longer to work out. Especially with all the newbies contributing.

I think Ardmore has hit it on the head. With practice time limitations, it will take additional time to get your offense in and working. We will know more about our offense a month from now.
