Cousins swung his arm...I can see the T foul. That's on him...needs to control. I thought though there was a foul by wv on the drive, not sure if they called it or not.

They did call a foul on WV but it wasn't shooting foul and no bonus at the time.

Same reason that there were touch fouls called and muggings that were ignored. Inadequate officiating and game management. Inconsistent calls is a sign of poor officials. Forgetting to change the possession arrow is the same thing.

I went back and watched James' drive again. No doubt a block.

He was fouled by two people.
And to think that hat was right after they got the block call when Spangler was standing still for 15 seconds.

Down side we lost. Upside James is going to help us in the Ncaas. Hopefully we go to him instead of Walker . Kid is big and strong. Just needs playing time. Looks like we will be the No2 seed in the South.

WV games are hard to call because they do foul so much, the officials can't call them all. That's what Huggins game plan has always been and will be.

I think you're spot on. But this late in the season they should handle it better than they did tonight. I thought they're officiating resembled our play! Out of control and undisciplined.
Glad we're done with WVa and Iowa state.

It's a terrific league,.you have to play well every night out or you go home a loser.

OU is usually a better free throw shooting team tan tonight. 16-22 for 73% just isn't up their usual standards. Give WV credit, they hit 81%, 13-16. The difference between winning and losing.

Ah well, it give our guys a chance to get a little more rest before the Dance. Tonight's loss will not affect our #2 seed, especially to a team that I thought I heard the announcers say that was actually favored. As someone else said, it's tough to beat a good team 3 times.

They can. And sometimes they do. But too often they don't and that's what makes it so maddening.
