OU Women to the final four!!!!

Not a problem. We are all Sooner fans. Some good news over here is refreshing!

Awesome news. That being said, I hope to god we're on the other side of the bracket from UConn

Our mens team sure could learn alot from our womens team. GREAT JOB LADIES! BOOMER SOONER BABY!!!:OU-logo:

I watched the game. Kentucky had them rattled early on with their quickness and full court pressure defense. OU was down by 14 in the first half, before the Sooners fought back to end the half up by 4. In the second half it was all OU!

Great win for the Sooner women! Congrats, guys!!! :clap

Back to back Final Fours is indeed a great accomplishment, given the departure of the Paris twins. How many teams could lose two players of that caliber and not miss a step?

It was a great win. I'll admit to feeling a bit despondent in the early going, but I never gave up, and the Sooner women came through, big time.

Yes the did, skyvue. OU completely dominated, starting at about the 10-minute mark of the first half. They might not be able to beat UConn if they make it to the title game, but this really is a special team. No wonder Coale is so proud of these kids.

The Sooners have a chance to beat Stanford in the semis if they play like they did last night.

Sky, you also have to add Whitney to that list as she was expected to be a great player this year. With 3 starters gone from last year's team and still put managed to put together a Final Four team shows what a great job Sherri did this year.

Here's a scenario and I might as well trot it out:

UConn doesn't know how to play against Griner who has been swatting away everything that's been brought inside. By the time they figure it out UConn's big gals have fouled out trying to stop her and they lose. Upset of the century.

OU, on the other hand, has played Baylor three times, winning twice. If we get by Stanford it sets up for the perfect storm.

Here's column I wrote on Griner: Griner

OU Women in the Final Four?

That's a big deal!
