And again, there was actually a lineup that was working. He just chose not to stick with it. I don’t even mind that he tried Bam early, but once we were 10-12 minutes into the game, it was clear that Oweh and Cortes were playing well, Jacob was garbage, and CJ wasn’t giving us anything.
Looking forward, I can’t see Jacob and CJ being guys you want on the roster. CJ has regressed from last season as a shooter and still isn’t in the shape he needs to be in. Jacob is a guy who can do things against mediocre competition, but can’t help in the Big 12 other than the one or two games he gets hot from three.
