With some of the non conference wins looking better and assuming they win a few more games, it seems very unlikely this point that they are not selected in the NCAA tournament.

I think everyone agrees it's not the best season ever, but when it's all said and done the history books will show a 20 win season and an NCAA tournament bid... Pretty vanilla because they didn't compete in the league, but still met the primary objective of the program.

Great post

Absolutely, especially considering the fact that most people saw this as a rebuilding year in which the team wouldn't make the tournament or even finish above .500 overall. Many people here predicted 20+ losses.

It's important to remember that this team was supposed to have Trae as a sophomore & McGusty as a junior. It didn't happen bc Trae was better than expected and McGusty fell off a cliff but if things had gone as expected this team would be really good right now. Since things worked out as they did, the team had to scramble to patch holes and is going to turn it into an NCAA season. All things considered, that's a pretty good outcome.

Link?

If you can find 5 people that predicted 20+ losses before game 1 I'll stop posting here until Selection Sunday.

You have until 8pm central standard time tomorrow (Monday).

Don't give me deadlines. You only show up when you want to complain about something so if you want that information, you know how to use the internet. You're a big boy. Find it yourself.

You were probably one of them.

Also, don't write checks that you can't cash. As soon as the team loses a game, you'll be all over the site bloviating about how terrible Kruger is, how terrible the players are, how terrible the program is, and how brilliant you are for predicting it all.

I already did the research. That is why I called you out on it. Nobody was predicting that. OU has literally lost 20 games in a season once in our history (pretty sure that is true). And guess who our coach was then?

Don't make factually incorrect statements and you won't be called out on them.
