Thanks, everyone. Three or four times today, I had a question come up and thought, Oh, I'll ask Dad about that later (when the Check Engine light came on in his car, for one), only to remember I can no longer do that. It's painful, but 89 mostly healthy, vital years is quite a blessing.
I'm not on here a lot Sky but what a great tribute to your father and I am so sorry for your loss. Losing a parent is one of those life events you just are never ready for. I sincerely pray for the Lord's peace and presence for you and your family.
I'm truly sorry about your dad, Skyvue. What does put a smile on my face is what you said about him. Not everyone is blessed to have a dad or a relationship with their dad like you experienced. You and your family will be in my thoughts and prayers.
