Well, it's unlikely that we win the Big 12 now, as we're two games back of KU. But then again, anything's possible, so I guess I wouldn't count the Sooners out just yet. I do believe we'll win the Big 12 Tournament, that is if we continue to play well defensively like we did Saturday.

I also believe winning the Big 12 Tourney would assure us of a one-seed – and depending what happens elsewhere, possibly the overall one seed. That would give us a decent chance of making it to at least the regional finals. If that comes to pass, I can't help but believe we've got a fighting chance to go all the way.

Only 2 games back,right? If we win out and ku loses two, we are tied at the top, thus splitting the title.

Not as confident as I was earlier in the season. I say if we run out the Big 12 season and make the final of the Big 12 Tourney will be a 1 seed, providing Villanova keeps it together. 1 Seed in OKC if we win the Big 12 tourney - 1 Seed out West if we lose. In the Big Dance we should be able to make it to the sweet 16 and then it is all about match ups. We'll see, it should be fun!

Our games "seem" a bit easier....tcu and osu vs tt and isu for KU,
Our "tough" games are split home and away, both of theirs are away...plus tough game at home vs isu.

I'd say it's not totally out of the realm of possibilities to win the league title. They would have to lose 3 to us 0 to win it outright. IF they lose 2 and we lose 0 they get the #1 seed due to H?H. Better chance of winning the tournament, which will still be a tough one.

I'll be optimistic and say we get a #1 seed, not overall...and get to Elite 8..be disappointed with anything else..(so to speak).

I'm assuming we get a #1 seed. Other than Wichita State, I am not concerned a bit about any other potential 8/9-type teams. I would need to see the draw in our region before I can make a qualified guess though. I can say that there are some interesting matchups for us with potential 4/5 seeds:

• Duke - it would depend on if they have Jefferson back or not
• Utah - they are a hot team right now, but I think we match up well with them.
• Kentucky - no thanks...don't like the length and athleticism
• Arizona - depends on their health. They have final four potential
• A*M - good defense, but have very suspect offense
• Dayton - would love to see these guys in the Sweet 16...great match up for us.
• Purdue - another matchup I like for us. The only good team they've beat this year is Michigan State (in OT).

I'd settle for beating anyone else in the NCAA championship game.

Finish 2nd in the conference race. I think OU will go 3-1 in their final 4 games losing to Texas in Austin. KU has won 7 straight, and they're not going to lose 3 of their last 4 conference games (or even 2).

I'm also saying we finish 2nd in the conference tournament. KU and ISU have a huge home court advantage in KC. I think we get a 2 seed. In the NCAA's I think we lose in the "great 8" coming up one game short of the Final 4. Since I live in Houston, karma will somehow cheat me out of seeing the Sooners play here.... which would be my dream.
