We're at the game Last night:
Kristian Doolittle
Trae Young

Let's hope Doolittle was in Young's ear last night about joining him in 2017.

Some web sites say OSU is the leader for Young's services. I find that hard to believe in view of OU's total domination over the Pokes of late. Four straight wins and six of the last seven in the last three years is difficult to ignore.

With the PG that osu is bringing in with this next class, I don't see Young wanting to sit behind him for a year or two. We should be the front runners for his services if he wants to play.

We're bringing in Payton Pritchard.

Realizing of course that he's still young...Trae isn't a PG. I'm not sure how I feel about him at this point.

Trae will end up being 2 guard. Shoots it too well not to be off the ball. Peyton will be the 1 of the future and if young comes... he'd be the SG of the future.

Maybe the best shooter in the country.

I'm just not sure he's big enough. He doesn't defend well either.

I'm a little biased, but there's a kid at Mustang that might have something to say about your "best shooter" comment.

Whos that? Its not Long.

I have seen them... As a team. I think they win it all (mustang). Just dont see johnson's level of game getting to young's

I'm not sure of it either, but as a pure shooter, it's a great discussion. But then again, I don't really like Trae's overall game. Those two guys are eerily similar except Aubrey is much thicker.

As much grief as I gave Coach about the Shake deal I need to come in and give him some credit.

He said Trae is much improved this year and he is very CORRECT. Trae is 10 times the athlete that he was last year. He can handle the ball, could be a PG but wants to score more than anything.

I think Young is the better of the two as a pure shooter, however if you don't find Aubrey in transition you will pay for it.

Coach I wonder if it will hurt OU's chances if Trae moves to Texas after this year like he is telling a lot of the local players he is.

Mustang is the odds on favorite. They have accumulated a ton of talent from the surrounding schools that will be hard to knock off. In my opinion they are the most talented team in the state. However you never know if the game of basketball, who gets hot on the right night and the other team is not.

I deservedly eat crow on Shake and SMU...

If he moves I really think it hurts. I dont think there is a leader or even a top 5 at this point... I think he likes the recruiting process.

Dallas?

Could see him landing at Plano West.

Mustang's got a few high level kids, but let's not act like they are getting elite transfers by the boat load. Outside of Haywood and Meyers, the rest are either role players or home grown kids. Of course, I'm not really counting Long as he's playing for his dad. The key to their success is, Terry can flat out coach.

As for Trae's ballhandling, he turned it over like crazy when they played at Mustang earlier in the year.

We're bringing in Payton Pritchard.

lol @osudan knowing everything about OSU and nothing about OU. He's our #1 fan!! Maybe he forgot about the best recruit of the Kruger area when he fell & hit his head in Stillwater which caused him to not post after our glorious butt stomping there for a couple days.

Hilarious how bad he is at trolling and how bad people are at recognizing it.
