The problem with signing two JUCO kids now, is that it would leave us with only one additional scholarship for 2014. I bet LK hates to limit himself like that, but he may not have a choice. LK has worked hard, I think, to try and even out our roster, so we have some fairly even graduating classes, and we aren't losing 5 guys at a time, or just one, which limits recruiting. M'Baye leaving early kind of throws those plans off course.

Be really curious to see what LK does. I doubt he wants to "waste" two scholarships, but at the same time, we do need another post body for next year. We're too thin to chance it with what we have.

I really don't care if he signs anyone eligible to play next season. A quality transfer and save the other ship would be fine with me.

Sure post players are going to be in short supply. But, it was this last season too. I just have confidence that Spangler and Bennett can be adequate. Cam is available if they need to go small and Hamilton will just have to step up. If none of that works out, then I'll be wrong. But, I just think Kruger will have better players to sign next season than a couple of Juco pickups.

If we can't get some one that is an immediate upgrade and ready when they step on campus then I would prefer a transfer and/or save it for next season. Hoping this season's success can help on recruiting trail a little.

I would hope so, but he could have gotten better players this year and he didn't do it.

I think this is the current plan:

Scholarship limit - 13
Currently - 11 scholarship players, including the 2 seniors (Clark, Neal)

2014-15
> 1 - 2013 D-1 Transfer / To be Determined / 2013-14 Redshirt
> 9 - Returning Scholarship Players now on Roster
> 3 - 2014 Recruiting Class

I still think we could be well served to add a transfer this year. Maybe
That would still give us 3 open for 2014.

I don't know if Henry is the answer, so I wouldn't wait on him. Also there has to be a sleeper out there "A Big" that we can get... Not sure whats going on with the Bolden kid, but I think OU chances on landing him has gotten better due Auburn signing a PF today.
