Mental health is the coin of the realm for playing the sympathy card off the NCAA for the waiver. The wideout from UNC is trying to blaze the same path (family member is ill, extreme anxiety, etc.)

With him being ineligible to play ball he'll have plenty of time to help take care of his Dad.
