Saturday's opponent

Tonight, Northern Colorado takes on Lousiana Monroe, who gave us a minor scare in the 2nd game of the season. Northern Colorado has been a little better than I thought they would be thusfar and Louisiana Monroe has been worse than I thought. LMonroe has some talented players but has already lost to the likes of Centenary, who was pretty bad when they came to Norman.

Northern Colorado seems to have some solid upper-classmen. Hopefully they won't give us as much trouble as LMonroe did so that we can rest some guys and get ready for UTEP on Monday.

Anyways, just thought I'd post for all you score watchers out there that want to gage how good or bad Northern Colorado is and what we are in for on Saturday.

in the Denver/Boulder area a very poorly kept secret is that UNC beat CU pretty good in a pre-season scrimmage.

UNC is 4-0 against Mountain West teams. 8-2 overall.

UNC is up 11 at the half. They look to be a solid club. Hopefully we bring our A-game.

This is an OU team playing way better ball than it did against LM the 2nd game of the year.
