Being poor or of limited means doesn't mean you are a bad person. I realize you didn't say that and I hope you don't think that.

I remember Tiny's offer list being pretty low for being so highly rated. I think OU beat out Mississippi State for him. At that time I always wondered how that could be but I was happy nonetheless.. And I think a lot of the big boys backed off TMG for obvious reasons... I know they backed off Willie Warren.

While Illegal was the wrong term, he could only go to a place willing to help him secure that loan. That limits your options

Well Marshall is going to get another job this year right ? I know he's been passed over in the past because of his personality but you'd think this is finally the year someone bigger gives him a shot.

It's not about out recruiting... If he can go there and be "the man" some kids like that...

Ok, not to say Coach doesn't know what he is talking about, but talking to those around Shake it isn't WSU.

The kid really wants to go to UNC and Texas. This summer will be huge. If he doesn't get offered by one of those, I think OU gets him. I haven't heard WSU from anyone around Shake. That doesn't mean they are not in it, but they are not the ones they talk about.

Shake is good. I'd like to have him. But he isn't on the same level as a Grandstaff, or a Trier.

I do know that Trier is a lot older than Shake too.

I have only seen Grandstaff on highlights so really can't compare them.

I am sure you would take all three. I don't think Shake gets the UNC offer, if he has a big summer never know about Texas.

I hope he ends up at OU, but right now WSU isn't the team that is brought up by people around Shake on a daily basis that I know.

OU offered Shake early in his soph year.

They have been at everything they can be at. Crutch is working hard to get Shake. If OU doesn't get him, it won't be from lack of effort.

Milton apparently had a big weekend at an AAU deal in Dallas this weekend per Eric Bossi/Rivals. Bossi said he'll definitely be making an appearance in their next set of rankings.

This may or may not be new, but in addition to offers from OU and OSU, he has an offer from SMU now.
