Who on the staff is most responsible for working on the guys with their shooting? Whoever it is has done a phenomenal job with Buddy, Isaiah, and Jordan over the last couple of years.

I'd be surprised if we have him much longer. He loves CLK and I could see him being one of those longtime career assistants many HCs have but I think he wants a HC job. If he doesn't take one soon, I fully expect him to take over when Lon retires. I would like for him to get a HC job, do really good, and then come back here to replace CLK. I think that's a possibility unless Steve was to get the KState job.

When he was here, Lon's son Kevin worked a great deal with Isaiah on getting more arc on his shot.
