I thought it was much better tonight than it has been in the recent past. We didn't jack near as many forced, early in the shot clock three pointers, and guys were driving the ball and setting up Fitzgerald in good spots on the floor.

Hope that continues.

it was very good.. sans two shots and go figure they were in big moments..

Yeah those two were pretty darned forced. Two guys trying too hard to make a play...hard to fault them too bad for that.

Still encouraged though...this team has gotten "better" evey game. Maybe pretty okay by the time conference rolls around. Can't coach heart, and these guys didn't quit.

+1 this team wants to wear the crimson and cream and want to work their butts off to get better

There were periods where we didn't attack the basket more, that our shot selection was poor but when we were attacking the basket we got a lot of good things done. Cade Davis made a lot of shots going inside or got to the line that forced them to leave him open for 3s and Fitzgerald was big also. We just didn't quite have enough other weapons to beat them.

Yeah; it was frustrating watching some shots being jacked up when we got within 6, but looking objectively at the whole game, hard to complain too much about shot selection.
