Possibly but it looked to me like Smart didn't even get hit. Additionally, that is a tough call at that point in the game. Those arm bars happen all game long. To call that in OT is pretty tough when the officials are letting the players decide the game. Furthermore, Smart hooked him shortly after that call and their was no call. Personally, I think the game should be called consistently from the first minute to the last, including OT.
I really think they need to change the rule on flagrant fouls to be that if the officials review the call and it is determined the player flopped, it is a technical on the flopper. I would like to see flopping reduced.
