Sooners spend two days training with Navy Seals

That is a big tire! Plus not too many smiling happy faces. It looks like from the pictures they were put through the wringer! I like the one with them trying to lift the pole and the instructer standing on it. Not many people tougher than a SEAL, hope they picked up a lot from it, was a great oppertunity for them.

As Tatoo would say, "The Pain! The Pain!"

Here's a clue for you younger guys who will have no idea what I'm talking about: That's a play on words from a popular television show in the 70's.

Missouri went through a two-day program with a former Marine. I don't know what exactly it entailed or the details of what OU did with the SEALS, but I remember seeing similar pictures. It definitely played a big role in the turnaround we had last year, and I wouldn't be surprised at all to see articles like the one below written about OU in a few months (maybe not #3 in the country, but significantly improved).

I'm a huge fan of this sort of thing. Even the best strength and conditioning coaches aren't going to be able to have the effect something like this can have.

Name sounds like the same guy Blake and Taylor trained with.

Being in great shape helps, but nothing makes up for technique while handling the rock.
