If they are fatigued now, what will they be like in Feb and March? If you had told me that with four minutes to go in the third quarter Geno had to call a time out to stop an OU run as we pulled to within seven, I would have been shocked. We came apart a little at the end---foul trouble, freshmen turnovers, fatigue. But, that was a good game until ten seconds left in the third.
They won't be playing UConn. If they are fatigued now, what will they be like in Feb and March?
Part of the problem last night lies with the coaches because of the short bench. Our girls played great but just tired out, Sherri needs to fill out her scholarships so there is depth.
Very pleased with the way the played in such an environment, congrats to Geno
Connecticut only played six players until the last few minutes, so why are our players tired if theirs are not?
They were dead tired, but that isn't the reason OU lost. OU lost because of far better talent and coaching on the UConn side.I wish I could like this 1,000 times. I’m so tired of this narrative that fatigue is a factor with a 9 person rotation. When is the last time Sherri used an 11 or 12 man rotation going into conference play? 9 is a fine rotation number. Some schools narrow to 7 or 8 at this point in season. Please stop with the fatigue excuse.
