Ebi Ere led all scorers for the second straight year with 23 points. Ace McGhee, returning to OU's campus for the first time since his senior year scored 15. Tyler Neal had 15 and Brent Price proved he can still shoot the three by knocking down four treys, finishing with 12 points. Yo-Yo had an impressive double-double with 19 points and 13 rebounds.

Everytime I hear names like Ere and McGhee, it just kills me they lost to IU in that Final Four. I really, honest to God, thought that team was going to bring us our first championship. We were better than IU all season. We had just dismantled a good KU team in KC. And we pounded Maryland earlier in the year, and matched up well with them, I thought.

This was an awesome idea that Lon or whomever came up with. Getting everybody back together like this. Very fun.

Yeah every time I see or hear jared Jeffries I get pissed off.

I didn't know Ace was still playing overseas. That's pretty impressive. Glad to know he managed to get back for his first alumni game.
