Yeah, don't put anything past Presti. He's clearly not the architect of the Spurs success as we all thought at one time. He's more like all the Patriots assistants/personnel that were hired away by other NFL franchises and proved to be duds.

D - League stash? The Thunder already have a bigger, younger version of a motor guy (McGary) and he can't even get on the floor. Spangs would be a good practice player for young dudes who need to up their energy, though.

Spangs won't get drafted obviously but he could play some d-league in my opinion.

What makes you think Collison is way better than Spangler? Is it graduating from Kansas as their all time leading scorer, was the fact that he was the 2002-03 player of the year and first team All American or was it his being the 2002-03 Big 12 Player of the Year? Perhaps that is why Kansas retired his number. :ez-laugh:

Exactly. I think people forget how great of a college career Nick Collison had.

Spangler should not mess with the D-league and just go make good money playing in Europe!
