Spurs or the Heat

Show your math. I'm like boca, I see about $4-5M loss per year, which over a 4 year contract isn't 40-50M.

You know WT, with the Heat getting dominated if Lebron & Carmelo want to play with each other Cleveland is the best opportunity. They have tons of assets and exactly enough cap space for both.

Kyrie Irving
Lebron
Carmelo
Embiid

That's a big 4 that could last a while. Plus they have Waiters, Thompson & Bennett to either trade or keep as role players. Hard to find a better situation for them to plug into.

Teams win.

Yep. My thoughts exactly a couple of pages back. The Spurs pass the ball around until someone has an open shot. It doesn't matter who takes it, everyone on the team can score.

The Heat are just the opposite. If LeBron, D-Wade or Bosh can't get an open shot, the entire team looks lost.

And, Bounce is right, the Thunder has the same limitations. Get the ball to KD, Westbrook, and maybe Ibaka. If one of them can't score, the Thunder's offense is in trouble.

This series shows the huge disparity between the Eastern and Western Conference teams. The Thunder and Clippers could kill Miami, too. Maybe even the Rockets and Portland.

I wouldn't go that far. SA is just a really bad matchup for Miami. The things SA is doing, not all those other teams can do. Especially the Thunder. The Thunder don't have low post scoring. They aren't balanced on offense. They don't play great team defense. They aren't a veteran bunch. They don't have a really good matchup for Lebron.

Every single playoff team in the West would have beaten every single playoff team in the East other than the Heat in a 7 game series.

That was a butt kicking.

The last three games, the Spurs played about as good as I can remember seeing any team play in a three game stretch in the Finals.

Poetry in motion. Just a thing of beauty to behold. Pop has cemented himself as the best coach/leader in the league and it's not even close.

I loved to see the Heat jump to an early lead playing about as well as they possibly could only to get destroyed.
