TCU just beat WV by 10 in Fort Worth. No one was at the game. Well, maybe a bit over 1000 in attendance.

But that moves TCU to 8-8 in the Big-12 and alone in 4th place (for now).

I think at the end we will have 3 teams tied for 4th at 9-9, and get 6 teams in the big dance.

How on earth did WV beat us so badly last time we played them?

WV plays a lot differently at home vs away games, more so than any team in the Big XII IMO. So does the men's team. My theory is that the long plane rides are tough. Their home town fans are also a big boost as they are quite avid and rabid.

As I understand, you can't get to Morgantown from here. I think the team flew into a nearby city which had an airport. Then, they had to take a bus to Morgantown. I had to take two planes to get to Lexington via Nashville one time. Fun travel.
