They started five seniors tonight and still had twenty TO's. And the worst part, they don't play very hard. It's clear they aren't going in the right direction.

If they would have just listened to our student section, he'd be gone right now.

He's a dead man walking at this point. The only question is will he make it to the end of the season.

From the Tech scout board: embarrassed again. Not a blow out loss, but then again OU is terrible. I guess we are just worse than terrible. Embarrassed for the players and for the coaches. The coaching staff has obviously lost this team. Have basically lost the fanbase as well. How much further will this be allowed to go on? This program is on life support and may well be dead by the end of the season. I think going winless in conference is a likley scenario at this point

Sounds familiar.

Then again if he would have listened to us, Reese would have been in the locker room for most of the second half, Pat Knight would have resigned to become his dad's coffee boy at ESPN, Wally would have played the final 8 minutes, and Pat Knight would have thrown two or three chairs

Capel and Knight should be fired after this year.

Right now I would say don't fire Capel at the end of the season. I might change my mind once OU plays another game but if I had a vote today I would say one more season where he absolutely must make the post season.

That was pretty much a blow out. I did not see the end of the game but OU had that game in hand when I quit watching to go to the gym.
