Tech's new coach

New coach: So if we could just get our billionaire alum to...
Tech: We don't have any billionaire alums.
New coach: ...Right. OK, so if we could assemble a team of boosters to upgrade our facilities...
Tech: Facility upgrade? Hah! Don't you know that we use storage sheds to discipline players?
New coach: If we can't do a facility upgrade, it would help the program immensely if the top sports' coaches would work together to...
Tech: Are you talking about our new 30-year-old football coach, or the basketball guy that Minnesota just fired who we picked up on the "rebound" heh heh.
New coach: WTF did I leave Stillwater

I know it's a head coaching opportunity, but I think time and time again that place has been proven to be a dumping ground for has-beens, not a chance to redeem yourself after recent failure at other programs.

It is definitely not a stepping stone. There is no redeemable quality in going there, other than money and getting your name mentioned as a Big 12 coach.

Curry is only the second coach they have had since Marsha Sharp who was there about 25 years.

I'm talking about Texas Tech in general.

Bobby Knight: Well I'm blacklisted everywhere else and I can wear a red sweatervest and get my boy a big time job after I retire.

Tommy Tubberville: I am so bitter about being fired from my SEC job. Don't they know that going undefeated in that conference means you are a national championship winner? I can't wait to get back to the SEC and show them all how good I am, even if I have to go through this sh!tty program first to get back there.

Billy Gillispie: Those Kentucky bastards! I'll return to my Texas roots to prove to the world that I can make chicken salad outta chicken sh!t! And oh my goodness, there is nothing sh!ttier than the current state of Tech ball...

Tubby Smith: ...Those three guys failed where I will succeed. I'm different! Yes, I also hate the SEC and Kentucky especially, and I also got fired from a Big Ten program and I'm also probably on my last stop in big time program tour, BUT I AM DIFFERENT!

She's from West Texas and played at TTU. She knows exactly what she's getting into. If she can recruit in-state it won't take long to get them rolling. UT, TCU are down and Baylor seems to somewhat in disarray after Griner and Pope's comments.

The link in the first thread is about osu's new assistant coach. So who is Tech's coach?
