Terry Evans meets with OU regarding coaching vacancy

The more I look at this the more I would love to have Hewitt as his top assistant. Here is his bio:

Assistant Head Coach = Paul Hewitt

Get another couple assistants that are more familiar with Texas and even AAU...Oh yeah!

Now this is the kind of thinking outside of the box that I'm talking about. If Hewitt doesn't have a job lined up, why wouldn't he come in and assist a young coach for a year or so until another job opens up? If the pay is right anyway.
