For not storming the court. I was so relieved to see them stay off. Beating a depleted kansas team that is one of their weaker teams recently is not rush worthy. Save it for beating a number 1

I never thought for a moment that they would rush the court, not that there's anything wrong with that.

Amen! Lesser programs, like our next opponent, wouldn't have been as composed.

I was in Kansas for my daughter's softball tournament and had to listen to the KU broadcast. They kept saying "I wonder if they will storm the court". I was like, "um, no...they act like we're some Johnny come lately". The thought of us doing that is laughable.

well with some of the losses kansas has had lately, I'm sure the announcers are getting used to it.

And we did storm the court a couple years ago against them. but that was more acceptable b/c we had been down for so long and I believe kansas was ranked higher then

If we had beaten ISU, and that buzzer beater by Buddy was to win the Big 12, I could see a possible court storming. But nothing other than that

Except for the obvious risks of storming the court, I have no problem with it when it's warranted. Beating a depleted KU team on Saturday was not one of them. I didn't expect it and the fans in attendance did not disappoint me.

I don't know.

Anytime the OU students get emotionally involved and do something (e.g., celebrate) to form a bond with the OU basketball team ... that seems like a good thing. If the students feel like storming the court, that's OK by me. The OU players certainly would not mind.

It seems a bit of an old-man arrogant attitude to take moral umbrage against a potential celebration between the student-fans and student-athletes. Let the kids have as much fun as possible when they get the opportunity. Who are we to judge?

NOTE ON SAFETY: OU was very prepared with security personnel protecting the sideline area on the side of the court where the teams sit. Nobody wants someone to get hurt.

Were we not favored to win? Didn't know you stormed the court when you are favored to win.

Just as soon as the game was over, the OU players rushed down to the student area and went into the crowd. That seemed to pre-empt any court storming.
