That Smile

That smile that beamed from an ebony face,
that turnaround J that was rhythm and grace,
that sound that came from an instrument of love
are being enjoyed by those above.


I'll never drain a turnaround J,
and I'll neve play the bass that way.
But, what I can do while here yet awhile
is be like Wayman and flash...
that smile.
