While I think he is going to UW as well, I don't necessarily agree with the rest of your statement. Romar and Porter Sr have been great friends for a long time and it's not like he wasn't a CBB coach already. I don't think they made the hire with a requirement of bringing in Porter jr. Just hoping it would lead him there. Which I think it will

He was a women's coach at Mizzou but had offers to be a men's coach at Mizzou and Texas A&M as well

It was not as egregious as Danny Manning's dad or anything, but that hire would never have been made if it was not a guaranteed package deal. How many guys have gone from women's assistant coach to high major d1 assistant men's coach?

He's not going to Mizzou either, that place is a dumpster fire.
