Does the OKC Thunder have the best second unit in the NBA? There may be other teams with better players at a position or two. But I can't think of better back up players top to bottom with the kind of team-effort chemistry as the Thunder's second unit. I have seen them come in and play better than the starters a number of times this season.

As an aside, Derek Fisher can still play. He's a remarkable athlete for a guy who will be 40 in a few months.

The thing that makes them so good is that someobody is always stepping up. When they are all clicking they are great. Watchout when westbrook gets healthy. Having jackson off the bench will be huge. I'm really liking the developement of Jones too.

It might be true, but it's somewhat disingenuous because we start two players who are not NBA caliber starters, and are just not as good as the guys playing behind them.
