TMG must be thinking oops!

Yes, I enjoy my hot wife's picture being my avatar.

So, you are admitting that you post "obvious" negativity about former Sooners, because enjoy it and "because you can"?

U R kidding right? :facepalm

The fact I posted a thread on an opinionated message board stating "TMG must be thinking oops", "I should have went to class" is out of bounds?

He went public all over the place stating he's "declaring for the draft" and was known to be a student athlete that didn't believe the classroom was a priority at OU, which was an issue for Capel. It was actually a distraction to the team and Capel's principles as a head coach, one of many in 2009-2010 unfortunately.

TMG was gloating about the "NBA Draft" as if he had it all figured out. He obviously didn't.

So, for me to post, "TMG must be thinking oops", "I should have went to class" isn't a big deal as much as you are wanting to make it a big deal IMHO.

But, I respect you wanting to do that, because you can.

That's the beauty of an opinionated message board.

Actually, it's more of a trend where you seem to be enjoying the failure of young men who played at OU but didn't do things the way you thought they should. You trumpeted a headline about Willie, as well. Those things together make me, and others, believe that you enjoy when these guys, guys in their late teens and early 20's, end up in a bad situation and you can talk point it out on a message board and, I guess, pretend you are wise.

No matter what the rationalization is, if you are posting something just "because you can" and have no other stated reason, you must enjoy it.

It's more about they didn't do what was expected of them by Capel and the terms and conditions of their OU BB scholarship.

As an alum, I wish they met their scholarship obligations that were expected of them when Capel signed them, as both the OU basketball team and the student athlete would have benefited from it tremendously.

It didn't happen for their reasons, not mine or that of OU.

Their failure to do so has nothing to do with me.

Me pointing out such failure to do so, isn't out of bounds IMHO.

You continuing to believe it is out of bounds is no big deal to me either. That's your right as poster on an opinionated message board.

I don't expect you to agree with me, but don't expect me to agree with you.

That's the trend of any opinionated message board.

I have no idea what you mean by "out of bounds". Your posts don't break board rules. They are, nonetheless, indefensible from a standpoint of what you claim. The fact of the matter is that they made you mad by missing class, showing a bad attitude and leaving Norman, or whatever. When they did poorly in the draft, you celebrated by posting it on here. Celebrating the failure or shortcomings of young men is foolish and immature.

Heisman is right. TMG essentially took an oath to the University of Oklahoma, the coaching staff, his team and himself. He obligations that he did not live up that oath and additionally, probably knew this prior to signing with OU.

The problem with the some of the posters on this board seems to be that the student athletes are looked upon as children. A second problem appears to be that some believe that one's misfortune's are the result of someone else's actions. The person responsible for one's misfortunes are generally found by looking in the mirror.

There are no children that attend OU legally and there should be no children from a maturity standpoint. Each one is responsible for his own decisions.

TMG made several bad decisions this past year and now others are going to discuss it on a message board. Heismanwatch did nothing wrong by simply pointing this out.

This board, like the others, has a neat little feature which has improved my board surfing immensely.

Shooter, is that really your wife?

Dang, man! Cade doesn't have a thing on you. No wonder you're so upbeat and happy. ;)

Haha, yeah, that's my wife in Jamaica last year.

I'm a pretty decent salesman, but I definitely out-kicked my coverage.
