The way it stands now, OU would play the Kansas-West Virginia winner on Saturday. Win that, and it would be OSU-Texas winner in the semifinals. However, a lot can change after the last games are played Monday.

It seems likely that Kansas and Texas Tech end up tied for last. If so Kansas wins the tiebreaker since they beat Tech twice.

That means we would probably play the winner of the WV (7) - Texas Tech (10) game.

But as you said 5 games remain that could move the seeds a bit.

There are now 5 games left. They are listed below with my predictions.

Some information about the format:

1. Home team is listed 2nd in each case.
2. The team in bold is my predicted winner.
3. The numbers in brackets is what that team's record will be if the result is as predicted.

Game [Record at that Point]

Texas Tech [5 - 13]
Baylor W [16 - 2]

Iowa State W [10 - 8]
Kansas [5 - 13]

Oklahoma W [13 - 5]
Oklahoma State [9 - 9]

West Virginia [7 - 11]
Kansas State W [7 - 11]

TCU [9 - 9]
Texas W [9 - 9]

Now clearly one or more will probably not turn out as predicted, but to give us an idea about possible tournament seedings, below is what they would be if all games turned out as predicted above. I think I have handled the tie breakers correctly. The basic rules are:

1. Look at head to head results. If the tie is a group consider record against the teams in the group.
2. If nothing is determined by 1, start through the teams in ranked order and see who has the best record against the team ranked 1, then 2, then 3, etc

Predicted Final Standings
Team ...........Record ..Seed .....Tie Breaking Logic
Baylor ............16 – 2 .....1..........Seed is Final
OU .................13 – 5 .....2..........Seed is Final
Iowa State......10 – 8 .....3
TCU .................9 – 9 .....4..... (Split with Texas, Swept OSU) So Group = 3-1; Lost twice to OU, Split with ISU
Texas ..............9 – 9 .....5 .....(Split with OSU, Split with TCU) So Group = 2-2; Split with OU
OSU .................9 – 9 .....6 .....(Lost twice to TCU, Split with Texas) So Group = 1-3; Lost twice to OU, Swept ISU
West Virginia ..7 – 11 ...7 .....(Split with KSU, Split with OU)
Kanas State .....7 – 11 ...8 .....(Split with WV, Lost twice to OU)....Seed is Likely Final
Kansas .............5 – 13 ...9..... (Beat Tech twice))..........Seed is Likely Final
Texas Tech ......5 – 13 ...10 ....(Lost to Kansas twice).....Seed is Almost Guaranteed Final

Baylor plays the 8 vs. 9 winner.
We play the 7 vs. 10 winner
