I'm probably the only one here sad to see Luke go. I'm used to being on a lonely island around here. I think he could be good if we didn't have to use him as a post player.

He can guard zero positions. Wish him well though.

Miles has good "short space" handles, but not the handles you need to play point guard. I thought he played well this year in the off guard position. I hope he comes back but I would like us to try and procure a couple taller wings (6'6 to 6'8) with a decent offensive game. Might be hard though, as I'm sure everyone is looking for those players. Probably need a point guard as well. If Jones come back and is healthy, maybe find one taller wing and one point guard. And, obviously, we need at least one big that is capable of being competitive in the SEC. Not ease or cheap to find one of these. BTW, is Jeff N a wing/perimeter player? Or is he an undersized post?

OU needs the best 5 best 4 and best combo guard that it can find ..

i think they see jeff N as a very very athletic 4 man (I was told that before his injury he was a significantly better athlete then moore(that doesn't mean better player even though there are those that watched that thought he was the best player on the team in the summer) )

Crucial imo for us to retain Jeff… really don’t see him or Jones leaving considering they didn’t play so don’t think they would have many places to transfer to.

Where is he wrong? Moore will never play an NBA game. Fears was a high level recruit who came to college a year early in large part to get to the NBA as fast as possible.

while mostly i agree .. I think most of us would have said the same about Harkless ..

his better shooting gives him a chance .. (but I agree i doubt he ever does)

Jalen Moore was one step away from being a bench scrub in college and now will absolutely get a shot at a two-way deal.

Find me a link that had Fears pegged as a one-year college player before the season.

I’m laughing so hard at this. Moore is NOT an NBA guy. Fears wasn’t on the radar until he reclassified. I don’t hate Moser I just think he’s not a good coach and definitely not a fit at OU.
