Transfer Portal 2025

Off the top of my head, I can’t think of anyone who redshirted under Moser and eventually contributed. If Luke is the “best” example of a redshirt, it’s a bad sign. The fact Atak is sticking around could either be a sign he thinks he has a shot, or it could be an indication he doesn’t have many options and doesn’t want to drop down a level.

Atak was always going to need to add weight. I hope the S&C was all over him last year so he’s ready to be a spark plug off the bench.

I'm with whoever said we should pour every penny we have on the first 11-12 guys on the roster. The last 3-4 spots can go to cheap (basically zero $$$) low or mid major players who want a shot.

It's also probably wise to leave one spot open, just in case.

OU played 10 guys last year over 10 mpg x 30 or more games.

then you had

Cole - minimal time due to coming back from injury
Atak - RSing
2 PWOs (Moser/Reid)
+ Nwankwo, Jones, and Keita. Obviously, they got to fill spots for the injured.

I wonder if we got Pack at a discount because as of today, he’s out of eligibility? Guessing they are banking on getting a medical year for this past season. I’m sure he’ll get it, but nothing is ever certain with the NCAA.

Next year will be Pack’s 6th.
with the threat of a lawsuit he is close to 100% in getting the extra year

i think Blair is over 50% to be at OU

No the heck he is not. He is a top 5 round pick. Which means he will be gone. Being arrogant and thinking OU can keep him is tough, and I know Moser is thinking the exact same thing.
Nice call.

Of course that’s what he is saying.

Who’s the one being arrogant??

There seems like a few on here who want him to pick pro baseball.

We need a big BAD. We have literally not had a quality P4-level post player since Moser has been here. That needs to change this offseason. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't getting semi anxious at the lack of options I've heard, but that doesn't mean we aren't moving in silence

yup. this is the final piece for the starting lineup

Top 5 rounds? That’s not a lock, especially with NIL.

the way the MLB draft works now is .. if you get drafted you almost 100% sign all the way to the 10th round ..

BUT all of those guys agree to a deal and to sign BEFORE they are drafted ...

so if he really doesn't want to go pro ... he won't be drafted .....
