Transfer Portal 2027

The longer this goes, the longer it makes me think it was Brown and his dad. Are any of the targets we are tied to not taking visits this weekend/week?

It would be hilariously awful if that's the case -- two excited tweets signaling the return of a player and an assistant coach. Retaining a good player is important, don't get me wrong, but it would be completely misleading to tweet that out on a day when all sorts of teams are announcing major additions.

I hope/think it must be something else. Because if not, it's a new low, even by the low standards of OU basketball under Moser.

Not that I have seen so far.

Kayden Mingo being mentioned for the brothers connection at UNC with Dylan.
Devin Royal also not mentioned a ton on Rivals/On3
Khani Rooths was/is on a visit yesterday/today to OU, per LVille mods

With our named targets on visits to other schools it sounds like the announcement may be 2 names we haven't heard yet. Don't love that, at face value.

There is no precedent for tweeting out commit eyes for keeping a player and coach. I get it, the progran is cheeks right now, but why would they try to create news when there is none? You're reaching.

Girls got a former 5 star. Now you’re on the boys side.

As long as he is the backup 4, I don't have a problem with it. We need three 4/5 types that are better than him. Rogers can be one of them, I suppose.

a terrible 3 point shooter that took 2 a game .. Moser will love him . .
He is already scheming up ways to get him a handful of looks per game (not realizing that he doesn't need to come up with any plays since opponents would be more than happy to leave him wide open so he can fill Tae's role).

Kidding aside, like others have said, this is okay if he is a backup. If not, gross.

I will take a kid from Louisville who is a former top 35 recruit. Heard some of same stuff about Reid when he transferred last year and I think he ended up doing pretty well w even more room to improve. This kid obviously has the tools, who knows what he can become.
