Can we hire an officiating crew to come officiate our practices? I've never seen a team have as many travels (and stupid turnovers) as this team. Makes it almost impossible to watch this team play. It's like we don't even practice fundamentals

Most of our traveling calls come at the start of a dribble drive when one of our players headfakes one way and goes the other. If they would get down low instead of standing straight up, that call would not be made nearly as much. Why? Because the timing between that first step and the ball touching the floor would be so close, officials would not see it as an obvious travel. That's a basic fundamental that needs to be addressed in practice.

Having said that, the traveling call against Odomes in today's game should not have been made. He hopstepped into the lane without taking an extra step or shuffling his feet. I played it back to be certain I was right.
