Okay

Gotta give Boca Prop.s I am to lazy to find Boca's thread. Travis on the clock.

Now Trailer Park has a player charged with Rape after a sub. 500 big 12record. This has to be killing Boner Pickens and the sheep humpers.

OU hires Mr class, an adult and OSU is paying trailer park 1.8 mil next year.

OSU sucks I love it.

Didn't we split with OSU this year? Without the rapist OU sweeps OSU.

LMAO, yea right if trailer park was my coach I might drink. It is funny trailer park's season wasn't much better than Capel's and osu loves him, add the rapist to your starting lineup and OSU's BB program is a train wreck.

If trailer park, the NIT King, doesn't make the NCAA's next year he will be on the hot seat.

He is on the clock.
 
Honestly that's how I feel about Gundy. I hope they keep him forever. Why? Because he has never beaten OU. The perfect coach for OSU is a coach that does well enough to keep his job but can't beat OU. Gundy fits that profile to a "T".
 
How Eddie Sutton had the audacity to cast judgment of any kind on another coach is beyond me.

I have total respect for Mike Gundy and he is one hell of a football coach. Gundy is at a huge disadvantage coacing at OSU and has taken OSU to 5 or 6straight bowl games.

As much as I hate the OSU fanbase I can't help but pull for Gundy. He is a great family man and a great guy. He is not the typical OSU FB coach. Pat Jones = avg., Jimmy Johnson = huge cheater and flake, Simmons = good coach but not great, Lester = D-bag for starters perfect for LSU. OSU has a great football coach. Makes Mack Brown look like a mental midget.

No OSU coach has ever beaten OU over the long haul. Its not the coaching its the situation and talent.

I'm as excited about OU Basketball as I've been in a while! Can't wait to go see a practice without having to scream "earmuffs" every five seconds to my son.

Agreed, Gundy is a good coach. He has proven that over his tenure at Ok. State.

The 180 that's occurred on this site over the past week is pretty interesting.

About a week ago, most of you guys were ready to jump off a cliff and declare OU basketball dead in the water, especially after Buzz Williams turned you down.

Now the future's so bright, you've gotta wear shades. :)

P.S. I think Lon Kruger is a good coach, but to read some of the threads around here, you'd think that he was everyone's #1 choice. I don't recall anyone clamoring for him a few weeks ago.

He's only behind Self in this league in accomplishments and coaching ability. I would say it's a fantastic hire. I don't think anyone thought Joe C was capable of bringing him in, and indeed, it was difficult. Kelvin Sampson apparently was helping recruit Lon to come here.

(If anyone wants to come with Barnes, please, this isn't happy hour)

This is irony in its purest form. For someone so critical of this forum AND the OU basketball program, you sure hang out here a lot.
