I think OSU makes the tournament if Williams doesn't get caught with his fingers in the cookie jar.
well then he shouldn't be raping people

three 20 win seasons and hes on the clock? haha.
If they keep scheduling the way they did last season, there'll be no excuse for ever having another season of fewer than 20 wins. Whoever's currently handling the scheduling cleared their lessons well from the football team: Patsies a-plenty means you're at least on the bubble well into February (or, in football terms, you're almost assured of a bowl game).
Well, we're not talking about a huge swing here.
I'm not saying that with a healthy Gulley OSU goes 12-4 in the conference and is an absolute lock.
But I think his steady play and defense at the point guard position would have been worth at least two more Big 12 wins when bad point-guard play was OSU's biggest problem for the first 3/4 of the season.
Why is this such an accepted argument on this board? OSU didn't "schedule patsies a plenty" this season. V Tech, DePaul, Murray State, Tulsa, Missouri State, Stanford, Gonzaga, Alabama, UTSA (tournament team).
Actually, according to kenpom, OSU had the 4th toughest non-con schedule besides KU, UT and K State.
On another note, looks like Roger Franklin is transferring. Which is a surprise.
Agreed that its a myth that Ok. State went out and scheduled cupcakes.
But I think the point can stand without including DePaul, a perennial doormat.... That's like including Duke in football.
I was just running off either teams in major conferences or teams that won their conference made the tournament. I agree that Depaul has been consistently awful, and bad mid-major level. But, I'm a pretty big fan of scheduling bad high major teams, since their RPI will never be awful because they'll play so many high RPI teams.
